I started adding Cordyceps to my breakfast every morning about 6 months ago. I don’t take any other supplements and rely on a normal balanced diet. Generally I feel fit and healthy but was told that the mushroom powder has ‘sport enhancing qualities’ and since I love my sport and play tennis at every available opportunity, I thought I’d give it a go.
