That all sounds great, but what if I don’t like mushrooms?

Not an issue. The mushrooms are contained within a vegan-friendly capsule made from two naturally occurring compounds: silica and magnesium stearate. This outer shell performs two roles.

It safely encases the all-important contents within a tasteless, naturally-derived capsule, and is designed to break down easily within the body once ingested. This ensures you get all of the good stuff in a tasteless, natural, easily-digestible package. 

How do I take mushroom capsules for best results? 

As with everything supplementation, it's not enough to just occasionally throw a bunch of pills into your mouth at random intervals and hope for the best. If you're serious about seeing results, you need to be serious about your dosage schedule.

This is made easier by the fact that the measurements and directions for each mushroom capsule supplement are the same across our range – the only thing that changes is what's inside. 

In every bottle you’ll find 90 capsules, each holding 450mg of your chosen fungi extract. Simply take 3 tablets 1-3 times a day, with or without food (they also go down rather nicely with a cup of mushroom coffee, as it happens).

For best results, we recommend taking any of our functional mushroom capsules for at least 3-4 weeks. But this can vary person to person, and you might need to maintain your dosage for longer than that to get the most from your supplementation.
