We started Mycology Nutrition for a simple reason. Mushrooms have been part of natural wellness for a very long time, and we wanted to make the best of them genuinely easy to bring into everyday life. For most people, that starts with a good cup of coffee.
Our mushroom coffees are where the brand begins. Each one pairs a functional mushroom with something that works beside it, so you get more than one benefit in a single cup without it tasting like hard work. Lion's mane with turmeric for focus. Cordyceps with ginseng for the days that ask more of you. Chaga with astragalus for something slower and warming. Proper coffee, with mushrooms doing the quiet work in the background. Alongside the coffees, we make a small range of mushroom capsules and powders for anyone who wants to go further.
Everything begins with how the mushrooms are grown. Ours are cultivated in California on 100% organic oats, a process that enriches the mycelia with plant beta-glucans and lifts their bioactivity. They carry USDA Organic certification, so every product we make is free from harmful pesticides, synthetic chemicals and artificial additives.
The testing is where we get particular. Every batch is screened for heavy metals and microbial contamination in certified laboratories in both the United States and Germany. Only what passes makes it into the range.
