Single mushroom or multi mushroom gummies?

Some gummies contain one mushroom, such as Lion's Mane, at a high dose. Others, like ours, are multi mushroom gummies that combine several varieties in smaller, equal amounts. Each daily serving of two gummies gives you 336mg of 10:1 fruiting body extract, 48mg of each of the seven mushrooms, roughly equivalent to 3.36g of dried mushroom. How to choose the best mushroom gummies in the UK

Labels vary a lot, so these are the things worth checking before you buy:

• Fruiting body or mycelium: fruiting body is the mushroom itself. Mycelium is often grown on grain, which can bulk up the powder. Ours use fruiting body extracts.
• Extract ratio and amount per mushroom: a clear label tells you how much of each mushroom you get, not just a large total.
• Sugar: most gummies contain some. Ours have 1.3g per gummy (2.6g per daily serving).
• Diet suitability: look for vegan (pectin, not gelatine) and gluten-free if that matters to you. Ours are both, and GMP certified.
• Price per day: one pot of our gummies is 60 gummies, a month's supply at about 67p a day.

Do mushroom gummies work?

It's the most common question, and it deserves an honest answer. Functional mushrooms have a long history of traditional use, and researchers are studying compounds such as beta-glucans and triterpenes, but much of that research is still early. Mushroom gummies are food supplements, not medicines, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Most people take them as a simple daily habit alongside a varied diet, and consistency over weeks matters more than any single dose.

Are mushroom gummies good for you?

For most adults, functional mushroom gummies are an easy way to add mushroom extracts to a daily routine.
